Description: Software Upgrades for Enhanced Performance and Stability

Impact: During the scheduled window, our dashboards displaying live and historical data may be intermittently unavailable. We understand the importance of data continuity for your business, and we will take extreme care to avoid any historical data loss due to this software upgrade. The upgrades will be performed accordingly to minimize the impact on your operations, and we do not anticipate any significant disruptions to our services.

Update - We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

Monitoring - Update: SEI App real-time data processing has caught up and real-time charts and App AI Alerts are back to normal. Our team is reviewing historical data from the affected window (starting ~20:15 UTC) and will repair any remaining gaps. SEI Video was not affected. We'll share a final update once that's complete.
